When all teeth in the jaw are missing or when the remaining teeth have a poor prognosis, we can often place a full fixed bridge on implants using the concept of immediate loading (All-on‑6, All-on‑4, All-on‑X).

Thanks to 3D technology, where everything is prepared digitally, we can extract the teeth, place the implants in the same session, and (usually) attach a full provisional bridge within 24 hours. This means you are normally never without fixed teeth.

After a healing period of about six months, a final bridge made of ceramic material is made to achieve a strong and esthetic result.

This concept is called ‘Immediate Loading’ and ensures that you can enjoy to have a new beautiful smile and good chewing comfort in the most comfortable way possible.

CLINICAL CASE

Immediate Loading (Fixed implant bridge)

INITIAL SITUATION

All teeth are lost due to periodontal disease (Bone loss)

The patient would like to keep as much as possible his original tooth shape for the new implant restorations.

3D facial scan (Rayface) technology is used in combination with Intra oral scanning (3shape IOS) to make the tooth design.

TEMPORARY FASE

The implants are placed in both jaws and within 2h the patient receives 2 temporary fixed implant bridges. This elimlinates the need to walk with removable prosthesis.

The temporary phase is needed for bone integreation of the implants and to shape the gums.

FINAL BRIDGE

The final result 8months after the start with two full zirconia bridges.

Patient wanted to replace the partial removable prosthesis in the upper and lower jaw due to discomfort.

FINAL RESULT

After temporary phase 2 fixed zirconium bridges on implants are placed. The patient requested to have a bright white smile.
